Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without any issues as long as the order has not been shipped. You have 2 hours after making the purchase to request cancellation. Since we strive to be as efficient as possible in getting the product to you quickly, please contact us through our customer service, and the easiest way to do so is via Instagram, to initiate the cancellation.
Returns:
It's highly unlikely you'll need this anyway, but due to being a new venture, we currently do not offer the option to return or exchange products after they have been delivered. However, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible, and we are confident that you will love these fabric hugs as much as they will love you.
